Cyber - attack strikes German fuel supplies
A German Fuel Industry is which was a major supplier of fuel in Germany has been attacked in its cyberspace.
The cyber-attack has disrupted the functioning of the company and now it is operating at a limited capacity in Germany.

The Company has said that it had been affected by a major Cyber Attack on Saturday. It also said the company is dealing with an obstacle as a technical glitch and now it is Company’s responsibility to deal with it. After getting the proper knowledge of hacking it started to come over it.
Oiltanking Deutschland GmbH & Co.KG is used to store and transport oil, vehicle fuels, and other petroleum products for the companies like Shell.
The company was earlier was not revealing the news of such attack and was avoiding the media agencies and making the excuses that the company is in agreement with the US but, at last, it revealed after facing a major loss.

Similar attacks on many fuel delivering and producing companies have been witnessed as last year a ransomware attack on US Oil Supplier Colonial Pipeline was a supply tighten in many parts of the US and it resulted in the imposing of Emergency in many states of America.
The news of such an attack on the cyber security of Oiltanking was given by a news agency of German outlet Handelsblatt. It reported as “All of Oiltanking’s loading and unfolding systems are paralysed.”
In Reply to such news, the Oiltanking parent company didn’t say much but hinted with the words as “we were working to solve this issue according to our contingency plans, as well as to understand the full scope of the incident.”
Sail said that the company has diverted operations to other suppliers to minimize disruption.
The information reveals that the Oiltanking Company has been active in working inactivity as tank storage logistics since 1972, and the company I one of the largest companies in terms of providing the largest independent operators of tank terminals of oils, gasses, and chemicals worldwide.
Later on, the company revealed the information of the attack and said “We are committed to resolving the issue and minimizing the impact as quickly and effectively as possible.”
